MDF column framework

Project: Calvary Private Hospital, Canberra
Material: MDF
Fabrication Method: In order to encase square columns with exposed external services, we provided the column framework in two pieces to encase the column. It was then sheeted in flexiboard.

Columns were 1m in diameter and 3.1m tall.
Circular carcass with shadowline reveal, made in two pieces to lower ceiling height while creating a 75 x 50mm detail around the column.
